If you are like me you tend to enjoy keeping up with new technololgies.  I find one of the easiest ways to do this is to subscribe to some podcasts/blogs.  Here is a posting of what I subscribe to, hopefully you find something here that you haven't heard of or seen, and maybe you can leave a comment with some of the blogs you enjoy to read.

I've been asked to add a discussion forum to the website.  I'm looking for suggestions for possible forum applications.  Anyone have any ideas?  So far, I'm looking at these:

  • YetAnotherForum.net: free, open source; need to see if it will integrate with ASP.NET membership
  • Jitbit AspNetForum: $89...very reasonable, looks good, highly recommended on web
  • InstantForum.NET: not very experienced with it, although I did previously use InstantKB.NET.

Any others out there?  Any preferences of those listed, or first-hand experiences?

Many, many, many, many thanks to Scott Williams for his hard work on the new theme for the Sogeti-Phoenix.com Blogs.  I think that the new, branded theme looks much better than the previous, default theme that we were using.

Thanks Scott for your hard work.

My initial attempt at integrating Video.Show into the website has been pretty successful.  There aren't any videos up yet, but the first attempt appears to be working successfully.  Check it out at http://www.sogeti-phoenix.com/Videos.

There is a problem with the members page.  I'm working on it.
