Apple has released Safari 3.1, the web browser previously only available on the Macs, for the Windows XP and Vista platforms.  Download it from here.

This is good news for web developers because it now gives us a way to view our web pages in the third major browser, which we couldn't do before without the help of a Mac.  Another bonus is that I tested sites running Silverlight content and Silverlight applications appear to run inside of the Safari browser on Windows.  Great news!
