1001 Fonts.com is a repository of free or shareware TrueType fonts that you can download.  Some of these might work if you're doing Silverlight work and want to use custom fonts rather than the standard fonts.

Open Source Web Design is a repository of free, open source website templates.  All that you have to do is download them and customize them for your site.

Feedicons.com has several versions of the standard RSS feed icons available for use on your websites.
